What is a Tutored Tasting ?

ANSWER - Tutored Tasting is a seated wine tasting and evaluation based upon one’s palate and place of learning more about wines.
The CWC Tutored Tastings are from a global perspective comparing Old World wines and New World wines.  There is a certified WINE tutor  to walk the student through the proper process of tasting etiquette and techniques.  Each student learns at their own pace.

What is a Wine Class?

ANSWER – Wine Class – The CWC Wine Class is a  seated Class with a Syllabus focusing on a specific subject matter.  There is an outline with a goal and objective to learn more with wine as the lab portion.  A Tutored Tasting is more about comparing wines and tasting techniques.   A CWC Wine Class is an in depth study about the growing region, grape varietals, history, and geography.
